Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect item, you must:
- Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share the unboxing video along with your order details for verification.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video or after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
